♥All items are instocks : pay & recieve , no waiting time needed .
♥No dead buyers or MIA-ing is allowed .
♥All items are non-returnable nor refundable .
♥No back-outs are allowed , so please clear your doubts before purchasing .
♥TL♥S reserves the right to make amends to anything/everything under our name .
♥Only payment methods such as meet-ups & postage are allowed , no bank transfers or cheques .
♥SGD cash accepted only .
♥Reservation lasts for only 2 weeks maximum , after that if deal is still not fixed it'll be opened for other interested buyers to purchase .
♥Swaps allowed , but an extra $2/$3 ( depending on item ) must be added if you initiated the swap .

Meet-up Charges ♥
FOC : Bedok & Tanahmerah MRT Stations
$1-$2 : Si Mei/Tampines & Expo/Changi Airport MRT Stations & Kembangan-City Hall/Dhoby Gaut MRT Stations
$2.50-$5 : Rest of green , red & purple lines
- $1 per 5mins late for punctuality ;
wait till 15/20mins maximum = $5 will be charged
- Prior notice ( at least a day ) of post-phoning of date/time/venue otherwise an extra $2 will be charged or if worse , black-listing

♥Postage Charges
Normal mail : $2-$3 , depending on item
Registered mail : $3-$4 , as follows
- Concealed cash , for your own sake !
- I will not be held responsible for any loss of cash , it's your risk
- A period of 5 days will be given for you to post the money over to me , after deadline & still not posted over , an extra $2 will be added unless for valid reasons
- Postage is only appliciable to certain items
